The Flow's Winter 2024 edition is always one to behold! 20 years of glass tutorial excellence is rounded out by showing off the women of the glassblowing world featuring 71 incredible artists. When the weather gets colder The Flow always gives you a reason to feel the warmth of your torch by providing inspiration from some of the most talented artists teaching their techniques and showing your their talent.

Canadian artist Susan Otto-Bain walks us through the steps of making a 3D octopus on an ocean bead. Learn about the different properties of black soft glass through Terry Henry’s comprehensive study, Exploration of Black Glass Part 2—Black Shards.
