SETUP GUIDE VIDEO IN DESCRIPTION. An oxygen concentrator is required to use the Homefill system to fill oxygen tanks. To help protect the Homefill machine, keep the target fill pressure at 1,000 psi max. Going above 1,000 psi significantly increases the risk of damaging the unit. For best results, use two tanks and rotate between them as they fill. Reaching 1,000 psi typically takes 8 hours.
