It is supplied as solid rod stock that you heat in a torch flame and apply as your base material or as an overlay color. This color is used when you want a clean transparent green that can be layered over other colors, used for encasing, or pulled down into stringer for fine linework and detail.

How it is used:

• Warm the rod gradually in the back of the flame to prevent thermal shock, then bring it up to a working temperature for winding or sculpting.
