This is Effetre Moretti 104 COE glass that has been crushed into medium-sized frit particles and packaged in a 2 oz container. Frit is used in lampworking when you want to apply transparent color without the bulk of full-size rod or stringer. The medium particle size allows for even distribution and clean application.
