Moretti Mustard is an Effetre soft glass color pulled into rod form for lampworking. This warm mustard yellow is a strong studio staple for vintage palettes, botanical tones, and earthy colorways where you want yellow that feels grounded rather than neon. In rod form it is easy to heat, gather, and apply for both beadmaking and small sculptural work, and it can be used as a base color or pulled down into stringer for fine detail and linework.

How it is used:

• Preheat the rod gradually in the far flame to reduce thermal shock
• Use as a base bead color for warm, earthy designs and muted yellow accents
• Pull into stringer for scrollwork, dots, and fine line decoration
• Combine with other Effetre colors for layered looks, then shape and finish as normal
