Description:
This is a transparent, purple-blue Effetre Moretti soft-glass rod supplied in standard lampworking rod form. The color reads as a reddish-purple to purple-blue in the rod and is commonly used when you want a clean transparent layer, casing color, or a transparent overlay that keeps detail visible underneath. Like other Effetre rods, it’s designed to be introduced into the flame gradually, brought up to working temperature, and then used for shaping, wrapping, and building forms in beadmaking and soft-glass flamework.
How it is used:
