Description:

Super Bronze Pixie Dust is an iridescent pigment powder used to highlight and accent focal points in soft glass artwork. It is applied by coating or lightly immersing a red-hot glass surface into the powder, then briefly annealing to set the effect while being careful not to burn the powder off. After the pigment is set, a transparent protective coating is generally recommended to help protect the surface finish. This product is available for sale in 28 gram increments.

How it is used:

• Heat your glass piece until it is red-hot.
• Lightly immerse the hot area into the Pixie Dust or coat the surface with the powder.
• Briefly anneal to set the powder while being careful not to burn the powder off.
• Apply a transparent protective coating over the effect.
