Asian 12mm Jade White Tubing

Asian 12mm Jade White Tubing is opalescent white color tubing made in China and supplied in straight 4 foot lengths. The jade white tone is a soft, milky white with a subtle opalescent character that reads clean and even when worked hot and properly annealed. In the shop, color tubing like this is chosen when you want fast coverage, consistent wall-to-wall color, and a uniform starting form for blown sections, sleeves, and shaped components without having to build the color from rod.
This tubing is used as a starting blank for borosilicate lampworking where you want an opalescent white body color in a hollow form. It is commonly cut down into workable sections, then heated and shaped for blown parts, sleeves, and dimensional components where consistent color and even distribution matter. The 12mm size is especially handy for small-to-medium hollow work because it heats more evenly than heavy large-diameter tube while still giving you enough material to open, flare, and shape with control.
