Asian 25mm - 28mm Green Tubing

Asian 25mm - 28mm Green Tubing is a heavily saturated transparent green borosilicate glass tube made in China and supplied as hollow color stock for larger lampworking builds. It is manufactured as round tubing in a larger diameter range, giving you the efficiency of hollow material while still providing enough mass to hold heat for big welds, deep shaping, and stable blowouts. This color is chosen when you want a strong transparent green that reads clearly at thickness, making it a solid option for bold color sections, layered assemblies, and work where you want depth and light transmission instead of an opaque surface.
This tubing is commonly cut to working length, warmed evenly, then worked like standard borosilicate tubing for forming and joining. In the 25mm to 28mm range it is especially useful for larger blowouts, bigger vessel starts, and for welding in substantial colored sections between clear or other colors. It can also be pulled down into smaller tubing, used for sleeving over clear to create a rich transparent layer, or used as a starting tube when you want to build larger diameter components with strong color presence without switching to solid rod.
