Asian Jade Pink is a borosilicate color tubing with a cloudy, milky look that reads soft and opaque in finished work. This color is known for wanting a softer flame to help it hold its color and stay clean while you work. Supplied in 4 foot lengths, this larger diameter tubing is ideal when you need substantial volume for bigger builds, heavier wall sections, or when you want the color to present as a broad field rather than a thin accent line.
Jade Pink tubing is typically used as a colored body tube for larger lampworked forms, blown sections, and assemblies where you want consistent wall color without having to sleeve or fully encase. Because it prefers a soft flame, it is best introduced gradually, kept out of harsh oxidizing heat, and worked with steady, even temperature control to reduce surface scum and preserve the milky character. The 32mm size is especially useful for larger vessels, production components, and any build where you want the color to stay visually present after shaping, stretching, and joining.
