Origin Blush Pink Frit in the F size is a colored glass frit that has been crushed and screened to a consistent fine particle range. Frit is used in lampworking when you want fast, even color application without pulling stringers or committing to full rod coverage, making it ideal for surface color, soft transitions, and quick pattern development. The fine grade is especially useful when you want smoother coverage and a more uniform melt-in with less surface texture, which is helpful for clean bead finishes, small sculptural components, and blown accents that you plan to lightly encase.
How it is used:
- Keep the frit warm in a kiln-safe dish or near the torch to reduce thermal shock and improve pickup consistency.
