Origin Indigo Frit in the F size is a colored glass frit that has been crushed and screened to a consistent, fine particle range. Frit is used when you want fast, even color application without pulling stringers or doing heavy rod work, making it ideal for surface color, light reactive effects, and quick pattern development on beads, small sculptural components, and blown or flameworked details. How it is used:
- Preheat the frit in a kiln-safe dish or keep it warm near the torch to reduce thermal shock and improve pickup consistency.
