The Tumbler Motor Pulley 250 is a replacement drive pulley used on the motor side of a rock tumbler or lapidary tumbler drive system. It is a machined pulley designed to mount to the motor shaft and provide a belt track that transfers rotational power from the motor to the tumbler’s driven pulley. How it is used:
- Disconnect power to the tumbler before servicing.
- Remove the belt guard if your unit has one, then relieve belt tension and slip the belt off the pulleys.
- Loosen the pulley’s set screw, then slide the old motor pulley off the motor shaft.
- Slide the Tumbler Motor Pulley 250 onto the motor shaft, align it so the belt runs straight to the driven pulley, then tighten the set screw securely.
