The new Pearl-44 firing chamber lifts out of the way to give convenient access to the shelf area. Air pistons assist in lifting the top. It includes a built-in stand.
For long, trouble-free service, electrical components are mounted inside a separate switch box. For unsurpassed heat distribution, the Pearl-44 includes sidewall elements. The lid elements use an element groove that eliminates element pins. Because the element coils are wider than the groove opening, the elements stay in place without pins. The sidewall element coils are protected in dropped, recessed grooves. For extra sturdy support, the Pearl-44 is made of heavy tubular steel. For long life, its sidewalls include expansion joints.
The Pearl-44 has firebrick sidewalls and bottom and a 3”-thick ceramic fiber top. The 12-key Sentry 2.0 is standard on this kiln.
