Description:

Plug for B Fitting (Oxygen) is a small metal plug designed to seal off an unused B fitting connection in an oxygen line setup. It is used in lampworking and glassblowing torch systems when you have an open port on a regulator, manifold, hose assembly, or distribution block that needs to be safely closed to prevent oxygen leaks. Keeping unused ports properly plugged helps maintain stable oxygen delivery and reduces the chance of contamination or accidental flow from an open connection.

How it is used:

• Thread the plug into an unused B fitting port on an oxygen regulator, manifold, or hose assembly that is designed to accept a B fitting connection.
• Tighten the plug securely so the connection seals and does not leak under normal operating pressure.
• Check the connection for leaks using an approved leak detection method before lighting your torch.
• Use this plug any time you reconfigure your oxygen distribution and end up with an unused B fitting outlet that must be sealed.
