It is built with a water based adhesive so removal is straightforward after blasting, using a water soak until the stencil releases from the surface. The stencil sheets come with an instructional sheet, and there is a three sheet minimum order requirement, which can be met by purchasing single sheets of three different designs. The earth, sun, and moon design is a sharp edged pattern with images sized for small format decorative work and repeatable production blasting.
How it is used:
Prepare the glass by cleaning it thoroughly so the adhesive bonds evenly and the blast stays crisp at the edges. Apply the stencil smoothly with firm pressure to prevent lift lines, then sandblast the exposed areas to create an etched design. After blasting, soak the piece in water to loosen the adhesive and remove the stencil cleanly. This pattern is well suited for adding celestial themed graphics to ornaments, panels, awards, and scientific or studio pieces where you want consistent imagery without hand masking.
