Fleur De Lis Blasting Stencils

Fleur De Lis Blasting Stencils are single-use vinyl sandblasting stencils made on an 8.5 inch by 12 inch sheet with an approximate 5/8 inch margin at the top and bottom. They use a water-based adhesive so the stencil can be removed by soaking in water until it releases. Each stencil set includes an instructional sheet and features two Fleur De Lis options: a larger Fleur De Lis trimmed with a delicate graphic pattern and a smaller, simple Fleur De Lis design. The larger design is about 3 inches tall and the smaller design is about 1/2 inch tall. There is a three sheet minimum purchase requirement, and you can mix designs to meet the minimum.
Clean and dry the glass surface, then apply the stencil firmly so the vinyl seals tight to the glass and resists blast media creep at the edges. Sandblast over the exposed areas to create a crisp etched Fleur De Lis, then soak the piece in water to release the stencil and rinse away any remaining adhesive. These are ideal for consistent repeats on ornaments, panels, drinkware, and lampworked components that will be coldworked or assembled after blasting.
