Clean and dry the glass surface, then position the stencil securely on the glass using tape or a stencil holder so it does not shift during blasting. Direct the sandblasting nozzle at the exposed areas, using consistent pressure and angle to create even depth and crisp edges. Remove the stencil carefully after blasting to reveal the etched design. These geometric borders work well for decorating the edges of tiles, pendants, vessels, and larger flat pieces where you want a clean, architectural look.
