Description:
This is a single-use vinyl sandblasting stencil sheet with a water based adhesive for easy removal. The stencil is designed to create a sharp edged radiation symbol pattern on glass by masking the surface during sandblasting. The sheet measures 8.5 inches by 12 inches and includes an instructional sheet. There is a three sheet minimum purchase requirement, and you can mix three different designs to meet the minimum. The larger images at the top of the sheet are about 1 inch to 1.5 inches in height and about 3/4 inch to 1.5 inches wide, with proportionally sized medium, small, and very small images below.
How it is used:
- Clean and dry the glass surface so the stencil adhesive bonds evenly.
- Apply the vinyl stencil to the glass and press down firmly to seal the edges of the pattern.
- Sandblast the exposed glass areas to etch the radiation symbol design.
- Remove the stencil by soaking it in water until it releases from the glass.
- Rinse and dry the piece after stencil removal.
