Description:
These single-use vinyl stencils are designed for sandblasting glass surfaces with precision and ease. Each sheet measures 8.5 inches by 12 inches with approximately 5/8 inch margins on the top and bottom. The stencils feature a water-based adhesive that makes removal simple—just soak in water and watch the stencil begin to fall off. An instructional sheet is included with each order to guide proper application and use.
The stencil features a sharp-edged starburst pattern with multiple image sizes to accommodate different project needs. The larger images at the top of the sheet are approximately 0.75 to 1 inch in height and width, with proportionally sized medium, small, and very small images below. This variety allows you to choose the scale that best fits your glass piece, whether you're working on a small ornament or a larger vessel.
How it is used:
- Clean the glass surface thoroughly to ensure the adhesive bonds properly.
- Carefully apply the stencil to the glass, smoothing out any air bubbles for a clean seal.
- Use your sandblasting equipment to blast the exposed areas of glass, creating the starburst design.
- After blasting, soak the stencil in water to release the adhesive and remove it from the glass.
- Rinse the glass thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.
