Window Blasting Stencils are single-use vinyl stencil sheets designed specifically for sandblasting and paint application on glass surfaces. Each stencil measures 8.5 inches by 12 inches and features water-based adhesive that allows for simple, residue-free removal by soaking in water. The stencil design includes decorative window frame boxes ranging from 1 inch to 1.75 inches in height, making them ideal for framing designs on curved surfaces such as marbles and other spherical glass forms. The vinyl material is engineered to withstand the abrasive forces of sandblasting equipment while maintaining crisp, clean design edges throughout the blasting process. Each sheet includes a 5/8-inch margin at the top and bottom to provide secure positioning and protection during application. The stencils come with instructional sheets and require transfer tape for application, which is available separately. A minimum purchase of three sheets is required, allowing customers to select three different designs or purchase multiples of the same design.

How it is used:

• Prepare your glass surface and clean thoroughly before application
• Use transfer tape to position and adhere the stencil securely to your glass piece
• Align the window frame design to frame your desired pattern or image on the glass surface
• Secure the stencil edges with transfer tape to prevent lifting during sandblasting
• Operate your sandblasting equipment to etch the exposed glass areas within the window frame
• After blasting is complete, soak the stencil in water to dissolve the water-based adhesive
• Gently remove the vinyl stencil from the glass surface
• Rinse and dry the glass to reveal your finished etched design
