This is a transparent aqua light colored Effetre glass rod made for soft glass lampworking. How it is used:
- Preheat the rod tip gradually in the outer flame, then bring it up to a working glow to form a gather.
- Wind molten glass onto a mandrel to create transparent bead bases, then shape and smooth while keeping the glass evenly heated.
- Pull stringers from a small gather for fine lines, scrollwork, and controlled transparent accents.
