How it is used:
- Preheat the millefiori slowly in the farthest part of the flame to reduce thermal shock.
- Heat the bead or base glass until the surface is soft enough to accept an application.
- Press the milli chip into the hot surface until it grabs and sits flat.
- Reheat gently to seal the edges into the base glass, keeping the heat even so the design stays crisp.
- Use a graphite paddle or marver to keep the chip level and prevent it from sliding while it melts in.
- If you want extra depth and durability, apply a compatible clear encasement once the milli is fully sealed.
