The advantages are apparent in the lifespan of the drill, and the speed and efficiency of the drilling. Being different from brazed and plated drills doesn't just stop at the diamond bond though. With sintered drills, it is necessary to have a continuous water feed moving through the center of the drill to prevent both damaging the drill and your work.
