This diamond disc features a diamond embedded multi-layer resin surface designed to grind efficiently while producing refined, scratch free surfaces. The resin bond construction is suited to controlled material removal and smoother finishing, making it a strong choice when you want a more even, less aggressive cut than many metal bonded options during coldworking and finishing.

How it is used:

Use this disc for smoothing and pre-polishing work on facets, inlay, and lapping small flat surfaces. Condition the disc before use. When selecting a resin bond disc, choose one mesh size coarser than an electro-bonded disc mesh size for optimum performance.
