Description:

ABR Custom Sandblasting Stencils are custom-cut masking stencils made from your logo or artwork for use in abrasive etching and surface decoration. These stencils are produced as custom cuts based on the artwork you provide, and they are sold in 8" x 11" sheet quantities. To ensure clean edges and accurate detail, the artwork is intended to be supplied as a vector file for cutting.

How it is used:

Provide your logo or artwork as a vector file, then apply the stencil to a clean, dry glass surface and burnish it down so the edges seal tightly. Sandblast over the exposed areas to etch the design into the glass, then remove the stencil to reveal the finished mark. This is a common approach for adding studio logos, identification marks, and decorative graphics to scientific glass, production work, awards, and giftware.
