Nortel Manufacturing Air Movers Air powers these vacuums to create a powerful inline conveyor that moves small parts, shavings, and bulk solids. A small amount of compressed air at the inlet produces a vacuum at one end and a high-output flow at the other. Vacuums have no moving parts and require minimal maintenance. A complete conveying system requires a vacuum plus a filter, regulator (to control flow), ducthose, and air hose (all sold separately). For filters and regulators, the max. scfm rating at 80 psi should be equal to or greater than the air consumption of the vacuum. Aluminum vacuums are lightweight and corrosion resistant. Steel and stainless steel vacuums are more durable than aluminum so they're better for larger, more abrasive objects such as steel shot and glass beads. Stainless steel is the most corrosion resistant. View Air Mover Data Sheet (PDF)

Description
Air Mover 1,900 – Aluminum by Nortel Manufacturing The Air Mover 1,900 – Aluminum is engineered to deliver powerful, efficient inline conveying for industrial material handling. Using a small amount of compressed air at the inlet, this vacuum generates strong suction at one end and a high-output flow at the other—ideal for moving small parts, shavings, and bulk solids through your facility. Constructed from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum, this air mover is easy to install and relocate as needed. Its no-moving-parts design ensures minimal maintenance and long-term reliability. For a complete conveying system, pair with a compatible filter, regulator (to control flow), duct hose, and air hose (all sold separately). Ensure your filter and regulator have a maximum SCFM rating at 80 psi that matches or exceeds the vacuum’s air consumption. Aluminum vacuums are perfect for general industrial use due to their lightweight and corrosion resistance. For handling larger or more abrasive materials, consider steel or stainless steel models—stainless steel offers the highest level of corrosion resistance. View Air Mover Data Sheet (PDF)
