Angel Fish Milli

Item Name:

Angel Fish Milli

SKU:

Description:

Angel Fish Milli is a millefiori glass component made as a patterned cane that is cut into small cross-sectional slices. Each slice reveals the angel fish image through the full thickness of the piece, giving you a consistent motif you can place precisely in flameworked work. It is typically used as a decorative inclusion for lampworking projects where you want a clean, repeatable graphic element without having to hand-build the image in the flame.

How it is used:

In lampworking, you use this milli by selecting a slice, warming it gradually, and then setting it onto a prepared hot surface. Common approaches include encasing it under a clear layer for depth and protection, or using it as a surface detail that is melted in flush. It is especially useful for pendants, small sculpture, and marble faces where you want a recognizable image that stays crisp after proper heat control and encasement technique.
