Asian 12mm Neon Green Tubing is color borosilicate tubing made in China and supplied in straight 4 foot lengths, sold by the piece. Neon Green is chosen when you want an unmistakably bright, high-visibility green that reads strong in the flame and stays punchy in finished work. Starting with color tubing gives you consistent body color through hollow forms and helps you build repeatable components without having to sleeve or heavily overlay clear.
This tubing is used as a starting blank for borosilicate lampworking when making hollow work that benefits from uniform, saturated color. It is commonly cut into shorter working sections, then heated and shaped for blown parts, sleeves, and formed hollow sections where you want the neon green color to be present through the entire wall. The 12mm diameter is a versatile size for small-to-medium hollow builds because it offers good control during opening, flaring, and shaping while still moving enough glass to work efficiently.
