Asian 16mm Opaque Black Tubing is opaque black glass tubing made in China. It is supplied as straight tubing with a deep, solid black color intended for glassworking applications where you want an opaque black tube form, and it is sold by the piece.

How it is used:

This tubing is used as starting stock in lampworking and scientific-style fabrication when you need an opaque black tube for sections, sleeves, and built-up assemblies. It can be cut into workable lengths, heated evenly, and then shaped, stretched, joined, or sealed into larger work.
