This is clear borosilicate glass tubing made as a straight, uniform tube with consistent wall thickness for predictable heating and forming. How it is used:
Use this tubing when you need a hollow starting point for pieces such as vessels, sections for assemblies, or any work where you will be sealing, stretching, blowing, or joining tube to tube and tube to rod. In lampworking, tubing is commonly heated evenly, then pulled down for smaller diameters, flared for openings, sealed for closed-end work, or joined into larger builds where consistent fit and wall thickness matter.
