Asian 25mm Jade Pink Tubing is a borosilicate color glass tube pulled in long, straight sections for flameworking. Jade Pink is a newer Asian color described as cloudy and milky, and it benefits from being worked in a softer flame to help preserve the color character while you heat, shape, and weld it. This tubing is commonly chosen when you want a pastel, opaque look in blown sections, sleeved builds, or larger hollow work where consistent wall and color coverage matter.
This tubing is used as hollow stock for lampworking. It can be cut to length, heated evenly, and then sealed, blown, stretched, or welded to clear or color components to build larger forms. For best results with this color, keep the working flame soft and avoid aggressive, sharp heat that can overwork the surface and shift the look of the color. Use steady rotation and broad heat when bringing the tube up to temperature, then make your seals and joins clean and well-supported to maintain roundness and even wall as you shape.
