Asian 32mm Jade White Tubing

Asian-made borosilicate color tubing in a jade white formulation, produced as a consistent, machine-drawn tube intended for flameworking work where you want an even, reliable opaque base color from the start. Using color tubing lets you begin with a hollow form immediately, which is often faster and more uniform than building a hollow from solid rod. Jade white is commonly chosen when you want a dense, bright white that reads cleanly in finished work, supports crisp linework, and provides strong contrast for overlays, encasements, and surface decoration.
This tubing is used as a starting blank for hollow lampworking. A typical workflow is to cut a section to length, fire-polish the ends, and then seal one end to create a bubble or attach a handle or blow tube for controlled inflation. The 32mm size is well-suited for larger hollow bodies such as jars, vessels, and sculptural forms where you want substantial volume and a bold color field. Jade white tubing is also frequently used as a base layer for fuming, surface patterning, and color overlays because it makes transparent colors and metallic effects stand out clearly.
