Asian 44mm Cream Tubing is a cream colored borosilicate color tubing made in China. It is produced as straight, even-walled tubing intended for flameworking work where you want smooth, consistent color coverage across larger hollow forms. The cream tone is designed to sit in the warm light-topaz family and is noted as the same color as Ar-LightTopaz.
Because it is supplied as tubing rather than rod, it is especially efficient for sleeve work, large diameter blowouts, and any build where you want a continuous band of color without spending time stacking and melting in rod.
How it is used:
This tubing is commonly used when you want a warm, neutral color base that stays readable at larger scale, including:
- Sleeving over clear tubing for color-over-clear construction before shaping
- Building larger hollow sections where you want even, uninterrupted color
- Pulling down into smaller tubing or cane to keep the same cream tone through matching components
