Cyan-Red Dichro Black Reticello Cane

SKU:

CANE-DICHROIC33

Description:

Cyan Red Dichro Blk Reticello Cane is a borosilicate reticello cane that combines a black base with a cyan and red dichroic effect. It is constructed as a patterned cane intended to be worked in sections, allowing you to introduce controlled linework and dichroic shimmer into finished pieces.

How it is used:

This cane is used when you want a clean, repeatable reticello pattern with the added flash of dichroic color. In lampworking, you typically heat a short section evenly, apply it to the surface of a hot gather or blank, and either melt it in as a surface design or encase it under clear for depth and protection. It is commonly used for decorative accents in pendants, marbles, and other borosilicate work where you want strong contrast from the black base and bright color response from the dichroic layer.

7mm - 9mm Wide
