How it is used:
Pour a small amount of frit into a clean frit tray or dish and keep it free of dust and mixed colors. Warm the area of your bead or component until it is slightly tacky, then roll or press the hot glass into the frit to pick up an even layer. Melt the frit in slowly with a neutral flame while rotating continuously so the grains fuse smoothly without burning or creating a rough surface. Add additional layers if you want deeper, richer color, then continue shaping. If you plan to encase, fully melt and smooth the frit layer first to reduce trapped texture and bubbles.
