Eye #1 Blasting Stencils are single-use vinyl stencils designed for sandblasting applications on glass and other surfaces. Each stencil measures 8.5 inches by 12 inches with an approximate 5/8 inch margin at the top and bottom. The stencils feature a water-based adhesive that allows for simple removal by soaking in water, causing the stencil to gradually release from the surface. Each order includes an instructional sheet to guide proper application and use. The stylized eye symbol design features sharp, well-defined edges that create crisp patterns when sandblasted. The stencil includes large eye images measuring approximately 1 inch in height and 1.25 inches in width, along with medium eye images measuring approximately 0.75 inches in height and 1.1 inches in width. A three-sheet minimum is required for purchase.
These stencils are used in sandblasting to create detailed eye designs on glass surfaces, including decorative glassware, ornaments, and artistic pieces. The water-based adhesive allows the stencil to adhere securely during the blasting process while remaining easy to remove afterward. Artists apply the stencil to the glass surface, blast through the open areas to create the frosted eye pattern, and then simply soak the stencil in water to remove it without damaging the glass.
