Description:
This is a medium-size frit made from Effetre Moretti 104 COE glass in a light lemon yellow color. It is supplied as crushed glass granules that are sized for consistent pickup and even coverage on hot glass. Light lemon yellow frit is used in lampworking when you want fast, repeatable color application for surface decoration, banding, fades, and layered designs, and it can also be used under clear encasement to keep patterns crisp.
How it is used:
- Preheat the frit if needed, then roll a hot bead or gather through the frit to apply an even layer of color.
- Use light, controlled passes through the frit for speckling, or heavier coverage for solid color fields.
- Melt the frit in smoothly, then shape and marver as needed to control spread and keep edges clean.
