Madhatter Fast Jig Lathe Arm

This incredible tool was first built by Ryan Fitt to make repeatable fixturing in his lathe a breeze! We collaborated on the project and refined the design into this lightweight and ergonomic device to allow glass blowers to make production assembly quick and easy to reproduce.

Anodized aluminum components utilize a toggle clamp to secure components at specific angles to the bore line using handles from 8-19mm diameter. Air passthru is accomplished thru the mandrel using the included 25mm Boroboot and barb fitting. Exclusive to this FAST device is a preset mark for accurately assembling tops to fit Puffco Peak e-rigs, one of Ryans specialties! Drive mandrel is sized to fit into all 50mm lathe/chuck bores.
