Square Chamber, Two Loading Styles
The GF314ETLC’s square design expands the firing space available in traditional cylindrical glass kilns, and with its unique top and clamshell-loading feature, you get two kilns in one! You get the standard top-loading model plus clamshell loading, which makes it easy and convenient to flash vent, rake glass, and load shelves with glass positioned.
Heat Delivery for Glass Fusing
The model has an element in the kiln lid to provide the radiant heat needed when the fusing temperature is reached, and elements in the kiln walls to provide conductive heat. Elements in the firing chamber evenly heat the glass piece, and the lid element is activated when the fusing temperature is reached.
Temperature Range and Viewing Window Protection
Models have a maximum temperature range of 1700°F to protect the optional quartz glass viewing window, but can be reprogrammed to fire to higher temperatures.
Lid Lift Assist
Glass kiln models 20″ wide or larger are equipped with a lid lift assist for easy opening and closing of the kiln lid.
Standard Equipment and Inclusions
240-208-volt glass fusing kilns come equipped with a pilot light, a tall 18″ metal stand or frame, a stainless steel jacket, and a Bartlett KilnStar digital controller. Included in the kiln package are peephole plugs and instruction manuals.

Controller Upgrade and Options
Consider upgrading to the Genesis touchscreen controller for more ramp-hold user programs and additional features, including delay start, preheat, skip-step, and more, for precise firings every time. Messages and information are available for reviewing a firing profile before or during the firing, and viewing the current segment the firing is in.
Options include Type S thermocouple, flash arm, quartz glass viewing windows, lid elements in quartz rods, venting, and more!
