Description:
The Powerfeed Trim Saw Hood is a clear Plexiglas hood made to sit down inside the table edge of Covington 8 inch and 10 inch trim saws with no drilling required. It includes roomy hand holes on both sides so you can guide material freely while cutting. This hood is used during wet trimming to help reduce splash and minimize misting while still keeping the cutting area visible for accurate trimming. Model TSH165 is designed for use on Power Feed Trim Saw models only, and this style is also available without hand holes.
How it is used:
- Set the hood into the trim saw table edge so it sits in place without drilling.
- Use the clear hood to maintain visibility of the blade and work while trimming.
- Insert your hands through the side openings to guide the workpiece with controlled movement.
